Who We Are

Hamada-Ya originated in Sangenjaya back in 2001, taking the history and traditions of bread to create new values with the soul of Japan.

After 4 years, we wanted to share these delicious Japanese flavors with a global audience. With that single thought in mind, we opened our first overseas store in Torrance in 2005.
